Clean room Lawsuits

Litigation involving exposure to Glycol Ethers and Acetates

Cleanroom and Microelectronics lawsuit commercials have recently become more prominent on the radio. Why? Some people believe that exposure to toxic cleanroom chemicals may have caused birth defects and deformities. In cleanrooms, the air circulation removes all traces of dust, but may recirculate glycol ethers, acetates, and other chemicals used in microchip and microelectronics production. Teratogen chemicals have also been linked with birth defects, and were used between 1988 and 2002. Epichlorophydrin exposure, along with isopropyl alcohol, may also be considered hazardous to pregnant women working in clean rooms.
